I've been a patient at choice health network for over a year. Lived on streets past 6 months. I've asked for help off streets can't get it. When I had stable housing I was undetectable. Now I've been homeless it's hard to keep my meds because the other homeless still my bags. So for 2 months I didn't have my medication. Went from 150 to 103 lb in 2 months. Ended up with abscesses on legs and arms still cannot get no help. I'm now in a home care facility at karm. Getting what I can hear getting better and now weigh125

Went thier today.yhe best staff ever anywhere hands down.helped me and was so kind and knowledgeable.took labs and didn't realize she was already in.awesome.

I've been a client at 12:00 Network for some time over 10 15 years the people here are very caring kind judgmental and very very helpful I am proud to be part of the program

Excellent facilities. Fantastic staff. Although I'm not a patient nor client, I recently visited and retrieved medications for an ill friend. The pharmacy staff could not have been nicer. I was able to retrieve my friends medications quickly and delivered to him. The facilities are immaculate and well maintained. I am grateful for a very efficient, convenient, and pleasant experience!!

update 11/21: after waiting over a year and complaints filed, 2 months after updated review myself, and other patients having payment issues via co payments have been resolved, for now. the assistance is greatly appreciated. please keep up the work.. updated 9/21: choice health network has moved from the cityscape plaza to 1925 Ailor Ave in Knoxville, TN. My MCM got promoted and was assigned a new MCM. Elaine Heine had left the practice. my insurance coverage had a major lapse in my coverage. took almost a year to get it fixed and I had over $2,000 in debts built up from co pays and blood tests. when I was about to file a report with state they were able to get "most" of this corrected. the rest won't be covered because my mcm didn't put me back on state grants so in their system in responsible for something that was not in my control. my advise to you is make sure you keep an eye on your coverage and get copies of every specialist you see and every Dr visit you have. if you can't get copies make a note of it on some paper: dates, Drs, case managers you saw, what they said, etc. don't do same thing i did and give too much trust or you'll find yourself in debt.since the last tier
